About Us
Pervan Psychology was started by Iva Pervan. A Clinical Psychologist from the Netherlands who worked in international treatment centres around the globe. With Pervan Psychology she brings a unique approach to online psychotherapy, weaving together various (evidence-based) treatment interventions. This includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Schema Therapy, Trauma Therapy and EMDR. Elements from Mindfulness and Positive Psychology are also used and implemented. All therapists have extensive experience working with individuals (and couples) around the world. Their connective and empathetic approach towards clients and working with them with due dignity and respect has made them successful therapists helping 100’s of clients globally.

Soraia has years of experience working with depression, anxiety, stress & burnout, couples counselling and behavioural issues. She mainly works with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Insight solution giving therapy, Mindfulness, Family systems therapy & Play therapy. Soraia lives in beautiful Switzerland.
Job has been working as a psychologist since 2017. You can contact him regarding various complaints, including depression, anxiety, gloominess and life phase problems. Job guides you to break through dysfunctional patterns and helps you to bring you more in touch with your feelings, with his background in psychodynamics, CBT and yoga therapy and various forms of coaching. Job gives sessions in both Dutch and English.

Jessica has an extensive amount of experience in working with clients who suffer from anxiety, depression, burnout, trauma, relationship problems or high sensitivity issues.
In connection with the client she helps to break patterns and to get back in touch with one’s own wisdom and health. Jessica’s approach is based in Positive- and Humanistic Psychology, CBT, Schema Therapy, ACT and Mindfulness.

Linda is coordinating the new applications and will usually be the first person you meet at Pervan Psychology. She is a psychologist and in training to be an autonomous practitioner. During a first consultation she will discuss the problems you are facing at the moment and discuss in what way we would be able to help you with that.
Kim worked in many different places and health care settings and is experienced in using various techniques. From CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Psychotherapeutic approaches, Mindfulness to Emotion and Body- focused Therapy. As an empathetic, sensitive and directive therapist, she’s passionate about facilitating and supporting people on their way to a healthy, connected and joyful life.
Judith has broad experience working with clients with depression, anxiety, burn-out, chronic psychical symptoms and relationship issues. She is working with CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Mindfulness and Havening techniques (techniques for anxiety-based problems and trauma). Being an experienced physical therapist and yoga therapist, she uses a holistic and somatic experienced approach. Her empathic and intuitive way of working will make you connect back to yourself and your ability to heal.
Stephanie has broad experience working with clients with anxiety, stress & burnout, depression and phase of life problems. She has helped numerous clients all around the globe by combining a client-based approach with interventions from CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) and Mindfulness. Stephanie offers sessions in English and German, and Dutch.
Effie is an experienced psychologist and couple’s therapist, having worked in various health settings around the globe for 16 years. Trained and qualified in diverse and inclusive healthcare establishments, Effie is equipped with a deep insight and a realistic view of the problems people face today. Being a mom and an expat, she understands the issues faced with living abroad and juggling parenthood with a career. She is working with CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), Mindfulness, and the Psychodynamic Approach in therapy. Effie does sessions in English and in Greek and is committed to providing psychological care at the highest level.
Wouter is a psychologist who treats clients with various psychological and emotional problems, such as anxiety, depression, stress and burnout, as well as addiction. With ACT, CBT, EMDR and Mindfulness he helps clients to become more conscious of their thoughts and emotions and to regulate them in a healthful way. Wouter guides his clients to discover what they see as a valuable life for themselves. He values attention, connection and humor in his therapy sessions.
